Our clients include the BAFTA, Science Centre SingaporeBBC Radio One, The Urbis Museum, The Gadget Show, the Museum of Science and Industry and many, many more.

Below are some recent examples of work we have carried out.

Videogame Nation

Videogame Nation is a fun-filled exhibition charting the meteoric rise of videogaming – from the geek-tastic realm of the bedroom programmer to the multi-billion pound industry it is today.

The creators of the highly successful Videogame Nation contacted Replay Events for assistance in providing equipment for their acclaimed exhibition. Various machines and games were provided for the display, as well as advice in the early planning stages. The display is in its second year and after its debut at the Urbis Museum in Manchester has been on the road for over twelve months.

Recently, Replay Events were asked to provide additional machines and handheld games consoles. It is currently in The Woodhorn Museum and Northumberland Archives until September 2011.

The Gadget Show and North One Television

The Gadget Show is a British television series focusing on technology and is broadcast on Channel 5 once a week in the UK.

Recently, The Gadget Show did two features celebrating the birthdays of Sega’s ‘Sonic’ character and Nintendo’s ‘Mario’ character. The show producers, North One Television, sought assistance from us in sourcing several consoles and games, which were used in the filming of two episodes.

The Museum of Science and Industry

The Museum of Science and Industry’s mission is to make science and industry inspirational, highlighting the region’s rich and continuing contribution. Their vision is to be a world class cultural attraction right at the heart of everything Manchester has to offer.

The 2011 theme at the MOSI is Computing, and Replay Events will be working throughout the year to assist the Museum in providing several exhibitions and displays centred around computing and video gaming.

The first exhibition we did with the museum was billed as great success with praise in local media and on the internet. Replay Events will continue to work closely with the museum providing machines, games, educational material and assistance when required.

BBC Radio Lancashire

BBC Radio Lancashire is the BBC Local Radio service for the county of Lancashire, in North West England. The studio complex in the centre of Blackburn is also home to an interactive drop-in and exhibition centre.

The exhibition area was transformed into an 80’s gamers paradise – as the BBC challenged dads from the county to bring their children and show them how they used to do it! Over a dozen consoles were supplied by us for visitors to play on; all the classics were represented, with machines from Sega, Nintendo, Atari and Grandstand loaded with great games that time forgot.
